Return Policy and Guidelines for our $50 Guarantee

Please Note this only applies to customers who ordered prior to June 1, 2007

• If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return Vilantae for a full refund and will receive an additional $50. You must stay with it for at least three bottles, to ensure that Vilantae has had a reasonable amount of time to be effective.

• The maximum return allowed is for 3 bottles, for an amount not to exceed the purchase price of three bottles plus $50 ($169.85 - the price of 3 bottles plus $50.)

• If a bottle is unopened it may be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Bottles that have already been opened, are not returnable unless you have gone through 3 bottles without results.

• Shipping costs however, are not refundable.

• The empty bottles must be returned in order for us to process the return.

-You do not have to order all 3 bottles at one time in order to qualify. You can order 1 bottle at a time, so long as your combined purchases equals at least 3 bottles.

-There is a limit of one return per household.

-The Evolution-X Cold Fusion System has a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, regardless of whether it has been opened.

-All other products, such as moisterizer or lip balm may be returned for any reason, even if they've been opened and partially used, within 90 days.
